--No smoking, no vaping, no chewing tobacco or use of at marijuana on the property. Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages
--Absolutely No parties and events allowed; No outside Speakers & Mics allowed on the property
--Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8pm
--Please do not rearrange the furniture
--Please make sure all doors to the property are locked when you’re not occupying the home and upon your checkout

Summary: House was perfect for our gang. In town for a Baptism and this home was perfect. Clean, easy check in, had the necessary essentials. Nice pond just a block away. Great for morning walk or evening stroll. Would book this home again.

Summary: We absolutely LOVED this property! The host was super responsive and available for any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Pictured don’t do it justice! Three LARGE living areas! He also provided cots and rollaway beds in case you don’t want to share a bed or use the couch. The grill was clean and ready to be used. We had everything we needed to cook team meals. We were also able to use the washer and dryer to clean uniforms! We will be bookings again anytime we have tournaments in the area! Thanks again Charles!

Summary: This a very spacious, well equipped home, in a really nice neighborhood. I would highly recommend this home to someone looking for a place with la arge family and kids. The host was also very accommodating and responsive. It is also located close to several stores,shopping, and eating places.

Summary: We had an amazing time staying at the property when we visited Dallas for our friend's event. The house was beautiful, and spacious, and was in a good neighborhood. Everything was spot on. Summary: The home was nicely furnished (just as pictured on VRBO) & ready for check-in. Had to make contact with Charles with a few minor questions & he was totally receptive to me. Enjoyed the stay in the home & plan to make it an annual trip. As stated previously, we will look forward to future stays.
